4. Pricing & Payments
• Course fees quoted are final unless package upgrades
• Payment due before course access via Stripe/PayPal
• Refunds as per Section 7 (Refund Policy)
• Subscription renewals automatically unless cancelled

5. Enrollment & Access
• Course access granted upon full payment
• Access duration as specified in course description
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited
• We reserve right to terminate access for violations

7. Refund Policy
• 14-day money-back guarantee for unsatisfied students
• Partial refunds for completed modules calculated pro-rata
• No refunds after certificate issuance

8. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for:

• Third-party platform issues or exchange problems

• Certificate of completion awarded upon requirements met

10. Dispute Resolution
• Mediation (30-day negotiation period)
• Binding arbitration in Tennessee, USA
• Each party bears own legal costs

These terms are governed by Tennessee state laws.

12. Changes to Terms
Updates posted 30 days before taking effect for existing students. Continued use = acceptance.
